Briefly discuss why exclusionary zoning of non-residential uses (LULUs (locally unwanted land uses)) is treated differently than residential exclusionary zoning by the courts. Can non-residential zoning lead to indirect impacts on certain groups that would normally be protected if occurring via residential zoning?

I don't know anything about that. I know that they socially cleansed Liverpool and thats a bad thing. They shipped the working-classes out, cleared then like rubble and moved the middle classes in. |

If a woman goes out of her way, pays you compliments and is overly friendly, does she want it? You have to understand, I think if a woman smiles at you, she wants it. I can't work out why a woman would be nice, and not want it. Has she got a hidden agenda, something I don't know about? I understand why men are nice to me, because I'm a man's man. If a woman says "I'm going to miss everyone. I feel like crying" comes over as if to hug you, and you just look at her, and give no hug, has the chance of a shag gone?. You have to understand, she was pregnant. I took a gamble that her affection was down to hormones and didn't want to take advantage, so passed. In hindsight, she probably wanted it, right? Her man had left her, and she was lining me up for the long con, right? No hug here, sweetie.
Answer these for me, Lisa. You probably have feelings. |

I don't paying someone a compliment, with or without a smile, means she wants some "Ace Action". Women are just nicer than men on the whole. Mind you, they are nicer to men they aren't married to as a politeness. I don't think the pregnant woman wanted to shag you.

The pregnant woman was a dealer, she had been telling me how her ex walked the moment she got pregnant. We had been discussing names for baby. It was her last night at work, and she hugged one or two staff. She came over to final table, went to hug me and I pulled away. I think I did the right thing long term. Earlier that eveing, she went on to say " when you took tour jacket off, the freshness hit me. Is it 1 million?" I was slightly taken aback " uh, yeah" "well I was drawn in as soon as toy removed your jacket". I was in seat 1, she was to my right. A couple of times she touched my hand, and arm as she was dealing. She hadn't had sex for 7 months, and I could tell she was up for it. It's not that I don't find her attractive, she's very attractive.

Im not goodlooking, I'm not a homeless Jude law lookalike who relies on looks alone. I am just very shaggable and succesfully bad lol. Of course, I cannot be mistaken as homeless which probably helps. I'm not calling off my stack on a marginal hand.
