full tilt customer support

i have been having a ridiculous time dealing with full tilts customer support. half of the emails i send they dont even respond to. when they do respond it tkes them around 5 hours. and when they respond they just say sending to the correct dept. and then i never hear from them again. does anyone else have this problem with the support? it is really starting to piss me off. god forbid something happns to my account bc i really dread having to deal with them.

I guess you have never played at pokerroom or dealt with the support there. ftp support is 1000000X's better. Srsly never had a problem they always respond pretty quickly and are helpful.

You will get better and quicker responses if you send the email to the appropriate place though. Don't just always send it support. If its a money issue send to the cashier, ect. On there website there is like 10 different emails to send different types of questions.

oh i have sent them emails to the appropriate address also. they just do nothing about it. i am starting to send them one every hour now bc it is taking them 72 god damn hours SO FAR to even get to my fucking emails and send a fucking god damn response. they have the worst damn support of any online poker room i have played at and god forbid i ever win the mega millions bc i will use 3/4 of my winnings to pay pros not to play at that god damn forsaken site. apparently i owe them 66 dollars from about four years ago. i never realized i owed this until recently (earlier this summer) i recieved an email from them saying i owed them and to respond back and they will open up my account and allow me to deposit money into it so they could take out what i owed. so i emailed them back and they unlocked it. keep in mind whenemailing them back about this and then recieving emails back from them it took 5 hours TOPS. now all of a sudden i have done my end of the deal and they wont respond to anything i type. i have resorted to emailing them everyone hour on the dot.

had to do with the gambling law that was passed that shut down firepay and neteller so they didnt recieve soem funds from firepay.

does anyone here know anything about law? if they dont return my email messages in like a week say and dont respond to any of my questions is there something i can threaten to do to them for holding the extra money that is in my account and not allowing me to access it?

However, I have noticed that sites tend to respond favorably when you tell them you're bad-mouthing them across several poker forums about their poor customer service and provide links as well.

I TRIED TO LOG INTO MY FULLTILT ACCOUNT TO CHECK UP ON A FRIEND.

my password is no longer valid!!!

i clicked send a temporary password got the password put it in to log in -- INVALID

seriously i want to know WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON WITH MY FULL TILT ACCOUNT.

has this every happened to anyone

i can no longer access my account bc the passwords dont break.

i did not commit fraud in anyway. i was not aware they didnt recieve funds from firepay. i could have chosen to ignore the email full tilt sent me about the money but I DIDNT. i WORKED WITH THEM so i could send the money i owed and have my account unlocked. you are an asshole unworthy sob

ok false alarm it so happens that right when i was trying to log on the suspended my account in order to debit the funds from my account and sent me an email a few min. later. i think i finally have shit moving in the right directions. they say 24 - 72 hours so at least i have a time frame now.
